Confidential Referee Report Form
A completed Confidential Referee Report form MUST be received for each application.
Applicants who completed high school within the last two (2) years MUST have the form completed by their Principal, Vice-Principal or Guidance Counselor at the last school attended.
All other applicants may have the form completed by their employer, a Pastor, or a Justice of the Peace.
SUBMITTING THE FORM TO THE COLLEGE
The completed Confidential Referee Report form may be:
- Returned to the applicant in a sealed envelope that is stamped by the person who completed the form and dropped off at the College by the applicant
- Emailed directly to firstname.lastname@example.org by the person completing the form once it has been stamped, signed and dated.
