MBCC employee cops, CAP Coordinator for the Year Award.

Working on this programme has had its joys and challenges. This is one of those joyful moments where the effort and hard work has been recognized. Thanks to the hardworking instructors and administrators on the Career advancement Programme (CAP) for your contribution in making this moment possible.

On Saturday February 10th, 2018,  the four-member Jamaican team made up of two of our CAP students – Noel McDonald and Sophia Morris- won the Jamaican leg of the Diamond Challenge. From a total of 19 teams, they won Best Social Concept, Most innovative Concept and Best Overall Concept. As a result they qualified for the semi-finals to be held in Delaware, USA.  They also received cash prizes as well as a travel grant with accommodations to be covered by the University of Delaware.
